I am the Textile Designer and Materials Engineer for Norsewear, which specialises in premium New Zealand made merino and possum clothing and accessories, with focus on providing all hard working feet the best socks ever made. 

Previous opportunities have gained hands on experience at BYBORRE in Amsterdam as a Knit Engineer Apprentice. This apprenticeship was set up to teach the next generation of knitters to gain in-depth knowledge on both machine and programming, with focus on circular knitting. 

In 2021 I graduated with First Class Honours in my Bachelor of Design at Massey University’s College of Creative Arts, majoring in Textile Design.

I am passionate about research and development, learning and unlearning and pushing the boundaries to create textiles that are consciously designed and created within more transparent and innovative environments.
